Floating House is an amazing Korean house with fascinating architecture design and completed with dramatic roof garden idea. It’s contemporary home with beautiful natural environment. Wonderful scenery facing of green yard, sky and river is presented in this residence. It is exotic house designed by Hyunjoon Yoo Architects. There are so many restaurant and motel at around this Korean house site. This site area gives wonderful feeling of vacation and holiday. Resort, villa and spa are very suitable build in this area. Bukhan River becomes amazing and dramatic scenery at any time. It is a house that is providing beautiful scenery of yard and river from high level. That is way this house is build in three of different levels. Each level gives different scenery at front of the eyes for owners and guests. Three levels are connected by stairs. Korean house architecture is combining modern and traditional style. At first level, there is a place for gathering for dining and chatting. It took a place at bottom level at under the main house. In this level, there is wide green yard for playing and also there is swimming pool for all family. Air is easy to dash them at this level. It so fresh house. Everyone can see it’s amazing architecture of Korean style in modern and traditional.

Second level from dramatic house is main space for bedroom, living room, dining room and entertainment room. Elongated balcony at four sides of this Korean house serves as perfect place to enjoy river and environmental surrounds. All spaces are completed by modern furniture and some of furniture looks so classical. Wider spaces provide cool air circulation and spacious feeling. Floating house is dominated by glass windows. Glass window becomes easy access for natural lighting and air circulation at all spaces. It is including glass window at bathroom. Taking a bath feels so wonderful accompanied by cool scenery of outside. Beside of that, glass window also becomes perfect access to enjoy environment and dramatic views of outside. The main purpose glass window installation at all spaces is connecting outside and inside of this Korean house. In this level, corridor becomes connection between all spaces.

Third level of floating house is amazing roof garden. This home has roof garden with patio furniture in lounge chair and small green garden. Dramatic scenery of river is easy to see from here. It feels so free. It becomes the best place for relax. Roof garden is protected by unusual fence in transparent material. In roof garden, there is also planted with trees to give cool atmosphere and protected from the sun. Hyunjoon Yoo Architects give wonderful environment to accompany the owner of the house at anytime. It’s cool house for living, holiday and all having fun time. It is really exotic family home.
