This villa is located in slope area of a hill near with Lake Lugano and inspired by JM. Architecture. This comfortable retreat is build adjusted to the topography of the site area. You will see unbelievable design of polygonal shape at this glass house. It’s unusual house with flat roof and glass wall. It’s really seen like glass pavilion in large white garden. It’s two levels houses. Bathroom, bedroom and garage are in the lower level. It was chosen to give private and privacy at this home. Clean decoration is seen from minimize of furniture and ornaments. Wooden material is dominated in lower level to provide warm and close plan. Perimeter wall is used at the lower level to enclosed the inside space. Even the living room, kitchen and dining space are in upper level. Natural environment is easy to enjoy from this level. Glass wall is doing the job in maximize. Clean interior design also created from minimalist furniture and decoration. But in this floor, all spaces are dominated with white color. Wall and furniture was chosen in this color.
It is modern home living with unique pentagonal shape. This house is build in a large site area, so the owner wants a comfortable home which is offering dramatic scenery of surround. Adjusted with the site, this house is created with polygonal shape and glass wall at all side to enter the outdoor into inside. The architects say that Lake Laguna house is sophisticated villa with sustainable technology. It was chosen to give a lot of attention to the natural environment. That is why this house uses geothermal energy, roof gardens and rain-water collection system. Beside of that it also chooses highly efficient low-emittance glass insulated with argon gas, to optimize the thermal efficiency of the shell and the use of natural sun shading as the placement of deciduous trees in the south-west area of the building. With glass pavilion concept, this building has a lot of natural lighting that will make warm atmosphere and reduce artificial lighting. Glass house in here is completed with all facilities of a comfy home with audio-video equipment, mechanical systems, bookcases and stairs.

Living room and dining space are located in one space facing into the nature of outdoor through the glass wall.

The bed is overlooking the outdoor landscape through the large glass wall. The sun and stars easy to enter into the bedroom and increase wonderful sleeping. The architects give small hallway for the access to other rooms.
The bathroom is using wooden wall with calm brown. There is a large mirror and completed with large and long cabinet and white washbasin and sink. It’s amazing villa with two exotic panoramic.
